All commissions automatically include personal use and monetized use with credit. Commercial use is not typically offered, but can be discussed!
You may not remove my watermark or alter the artwork in major ways! Please ask if you'd like slight alterations in the artwork!YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE MY ARTWORK, DESIGNS, OR ANYTHING I CREATE FOR GENERATIVE AI.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
As the artist, I have the right to use the artwork completed as examples (on VGen or outside of VGen.)
In the case I post the completed work outside of VGen , I will make sure to state who the character and work is for! (for example - commission for @(your username)!)REFUNDS
Refunds are unavailable for commissions, with the only exception being if I am unable to complete the work in a timely manner. This is very unlikely to happen on my end, so please ensure you have the personal budget for the work!COMMUNICATION
I prefer all communications regarding these illustrations to take place on VGen, however, I can accommodate communication VIA Discord, Email, or Twitter. Please let me know if you'd rather one of those sites, and ensure you choose one that you check frequently!DESIGNS
This section of my T.O.S applies to adoptables I have created. Please read through, and let me know if you have any questions.IMPORTANT INFO✦ All designs are cross-posted between Toyhouse and VGen. If you do not have a code for toyhouse, the design will be marked as sold and kept on display unless otherwise requested. Toyhouse codes can be provided upon request if I have some to spare!YOU CAN✦ Alter or edit aspects of the design, such as different hairstyles, skin tones, species, outfits, etc, as long as you do not edit the original artwork or remove credit towards me.✦ Use my designs as mascots, sonas, vtubers, etc, as long as there is an easily accessible or visible link back to myself as the original design creator.✦ Resell or retrade the design. If you are reselling the design, please do not upcharge more than what you paid unless additional art or assets are included. I would prefer to be told about a resell, just so I can keep tabs on the design!YOU CANNOT✦ Remove credit towards me (such as removing my watermark, or claiming the design as your own creation on sites such as VGen or Toyhouse.✦ Use the design or concepts for Generative AI (Generating images of the design, descriptions, etc)✦ Use the design in commercial settings (such as making merch) without proper licensing, or a conversation with me prior to doing so.My T.O.S may be updated in the future, in the case this happens, an announcement will be made!
